YC Founder Directory

This is a free directory of founders from Y Combinator companies, built independently by Keitoto and hosted at mal.gg. At the time of writing it lists more than 11,000 founders.

What you can do with it

Search across companies, founders and bios from one box.

Switch views between a table, cards and a people list.

Filter by batch (for example W27 or F26), sector, city, whether the founder is on X, and whether the company is hiring.

Open a quick preview of a company without leaving the list.

Ways founders use it

Look up the batch and sector of companies similar to yours to see who is building nearby.

Find YC companies in your city or region and follow their progress.

Spot companies that are hiring, for jobs or partnerships.

Read founder bios before reaching out, and start with something specific you noticed.

Keep in mind

It is an independent project and is not run by or affiliated with Y Combinator or StartupMonk. Check the official YC company directory (ycombinator.com/companies) for anything you need to rely on.

Data may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm details before you act on them.

These are real people. Use the directory for relevant, respectful outreach, not mass messaging.
