75% of actual expenses, up to INR 15 lakh per year, up to 5 claims a year

Funding available

Reimburses patent filing costs for domestic and international filings by Karnataka-registered startups.

Eligibility Criteria

Startup registered under the Karnataka Startup Policy that has already filed (and paid fees for) the patent. Provisional patents and patents with change of assignee are not covered; claim within one year of filing.
