Facilitator fees borne by Government; 80% rebate on patent filing fees, 50% on trademark fees

Funding available

Government pays IP facilitator fees for startup patent, trademark and design filings, and offers statutory fee rebates plus fast-track patent examination.

Eligibility Criteria

DPIIT-recognised startups; self-declare no other government funding for the same facilitator fee.
