50% of fresher salary up to INR 15,000 per month per recruit (3 years, max 25); or up to 25% for 60% local workforce up to INR 25 lakh per year

Funding available

Reimburses part of salaries for fresher hires and for startups with a mostly local workforce.

Eligibility Criteria

SITPC-certified startup; employees hired at least 12 months; freshers graduated in last 2 years; Aadhaar-linked accounts; digital payments.
