This scheme is closed: Policy 2017-2022 replaced by Assam Startup and Incubation Policy 2025-30 (Ideation Grant up to Rs 10 lakh; Prototype Development Grant up to Rs 20 lakh, Rs 40 lakh deep tech; Seed Fund up to Rs 50 lakh; Venture Capital Fund up to Rs 10 crore; 20 percent reserved for women, tribal and rural founders).
