About

Glow is an endpoint security platform built for a world where AI agents run on employee laptops as often as traditional software does. Its core pitch: roughly two-thirds of the software actually running on corporate endpoints is invisible to conventional security tools, and about 30% of AI agents in use operate with no guardrails at all. Glow attacks this with three linked capabilities — Asset Intelligence continuously discovers and validates every piece of software running across an environment into a living inventory; Software Control deploys autonomous agents that find, fix, and prevent issues from recurring without a human working each ticket; and Safe AI Adoption specifically targets "shadow AI" — unsanctioned AI tools employees adopt on their own — replacing it with managed, secure access instead of an outright ban. It launched publicly with a $180M Series A led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, and already counts named enterprise customers including Fanatics, Qualtrics, CAVA, BMC Software, and Xactly, several of whose CISOs have spoken publicly about faster, more reliable endpoint visibility since adopting it.
