Uttar Pradesh state startup mission implementing the UP Startup Policy 2026 with seed, prototype and matching-fund support plus the UP Startup Fund.

Per UP Startup Policy 2026: prototype grant up to Rs 10 lakh, seed capital up to Rs 15 lakh in two milestone tranches, extra 50% for women/Divyangjan/EWS/transgender-led and Purvanchal/Bundelkhand startups; matching support of 50% of funds raised up to Rs 5 crore (min raise Rs 2 crore).
