Startup India Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) - SIDBI

Government fund of funds managed by SIDBI that commits capital to SEBI-registered AIFs, which in turn invest in startups; it does not invest in startups directly.

Indirect funding: startups cannot apply to FFS; AIFs/VC funds seek SIDBI commitments. FFS status as of 31 Dec 2025 per SIDBI: Rs 11,808 crore committed to 153 AIFs, 1,270 startups supported.
