State-backed early-stage fund, managed by T-Hub, that invests in Telangana tech startups mainly via equity or convertible instruments, alongside angels and VCs.

Eligibility Criteria

Early-stage startups from Telangana (incorporated there or with 50%+ workforce in the state); fund puts at most 20% of investible funds in one company.
