About Odisha Startup Grants
The Odisha state government supports startups through 2 active funding schemes covering seed grants, incubation support, marketing assistance, and tax benefits. Most schemes are open to startups registered in Odisha that are DPIIT-recognised or eligible for recognition. Below are all currently active programmes.
Startup Odisha Marketing Assistance
Odisha Startup Policy - Product Development and Marketing Assistance
Up to Rs 15 lakh (Rs 16 lakh for women, transgender or SC/ST/SEBC/PH founders)
One-time assistance to launch an innovative product, tied to traction thresholds.

Startup Odisha Allowance
Odisha Startup Policy - Monthly Allowance
Rs 20,000 per month for 1 year (Rs 22,000 if founders are women, transgender or SC/ST/SEBC/PH with at least 50% equity)
Rs 20,000 a month for a year to startups that show traction such as AIF/angel equity, a patent, government funding or revenue run-rate.
