This scheme is closed: DFS page says the scheme runs up to 31 Mar 2025; Budget 2025-26 announced a successor (Rs 2 crore loans for 5 lakh first-time women/SC/ST entrepreneurs) but I found no launch. The portal is still live, so check with a bank. Check the official page for any reopening.

Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore composite loan

Funding available

Bank loans of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore for greenfield enterprises owned by SC/ST or women entrepreneurs.

Eligibility Criteria

SC/ST or woman entrepreneur aged 18+, greenfield manufacturing, services, trading or agri-allied unit; 51% held by SC/ST/woman for companies; 10% own contribution.

Composite loan, up to 7 years with 18-month moratorium
