Collateral-free soft debt or CCD/CCPS-type support for revenue-stage Kerala product startups to enhance products and expand.

Eligibility Criteria

Kerala-registered Pvt Ltd with DPIIT recognition and KSUM ID; at least Rs 25 lakh product revenue in last four quarters or Rs 25 lakh angel/VC investment, and at least Rs 5 lakh revenue in the previous quarter; no government dues.

6% simple interest
12-month moratorium, 36 monthly instalments
